Welcome to Diet!

Do I Eat Them? is an appropriate question when looking at YOUR diet! Every diet is specifically for YOU! There is no fast fix diet for one person! Depending on your symptoms, your aims and your lifestyle, I can devise a diet appropriate to you!

I have been studying diets for over twenty years, with a specific involvement in nutritional therapy for the past five years. I have seen healthy diets and food restricting diets; low fat, low carb and low calorie diets; detox diets and junk food diets; fruit diets, meat diets, soup diets and meal replacement diets!

When most people hear the word ‘diet’ they automatically think of restricting their food intake and or calories, fats and carbs. Diet actually means the foods which you eat regularly. The Oxford-English dictionary defines diet as: “The kinds of food that a person, animal, or community habitually eats.”

As a Nutritional Therapist I am trained to find the most beneficial diet to help you.
