Tiny cubes of spiced tofu, full on flavour and great for sprinkling on salads and soups!
Make sure the tofu is well and truly drained (see suggested items for a great gadget worth its weight in kitchen roll)! :P
Cut the tofu into 1/2 cm slices, then slice into lengths, and finally small cubes.
Arrange the tofu cubes in a shallow dish / plate, then sprinkle all the herbs and spices over.
Spritz with the oil (or drizzle), then gently massage all the ingredients together.
Place in a single layer on a lined baking tray, and bake at Gas Mark 5 (375f / 190c) for 20 - 30 minutes.
Eat as they are, or allow to cool for use later. Enjoy!
