An quick healthy ice-cream which is so creamy and delicious!
Put the dates in a powerful blender or food processor with the milk, peanut butter powder and salt. Blend until smooth. Set aside.
In a clean blender or food processor, add the bananas and vanilla. Pulse until they break down a bit, then blend until smooth. Stop when you have a creamy ice-cream.
Layer the ice-cream in a bowl, top with some peanut butter mix, use a fork to swirl through, then repeat by adding more ice-cream on top. Either freeze for later or eat immediately.
Serve in bowls or cones, add crushed nuts or chocolate chips. Enjoy!
